Welcome to the Furneux Pelham Parish Council website!

Information about the Parish Council is available, explaining what parish councils are, what powers exist, what Furneux Pelham Parish Council does and who your Parish Councillors are.

Meetings are held bi-monthly and you are welcome to attend. Dates of upcoming meetings are detailed on the meetings page and the agenda is posted on this website three days before the meeting as well as on the noticeboards around the village. Draft minutes are usually available within a week of the meeting. These remain as draft minutes until approved at the next meeting.

The Parish Council's financial and governance arrangements are outlined for you to see, including links to key financial information and governance documentation.

Planning information is added to the website - see here - as and when received from East Herts Council - the Planning Authority.

To report any highways related matter eg potholes, lights, trees, hedges, pavements, verges, flooding etc to Hertfordshire County Council, use this link.

Initial information relating to Furneux Pelham has been included.

All new residents to the village are given a "welcome pack" and this is available electronically here or have a look if you have been in the village for a while and just want a refresher on what is available or what is going on.

The next Parish Council meeting will be held in the Village Hall on Thursday 3rd November 2022 from 7 pm. The agenda for the meeting is available on the Meetings page.

As the end of the month is nigh, the October 2022 edition of "The Pelhams" magazine is now available on this website along with the all the previous editions.
